            Adding Customer Groups

            To send your survey to a customer group, select a group from the drop-down menu. To create a new group, select “Create Customer Group”.

            Select the “+” icon to add a new group.

            Enter the name of the customer group and select the checkbox next to each customer you would like to add to the group. Select the “Add” button.

            The customers will now be added to the group. Select “Save”.

            The customer group has now been created.
